What Is the Envoy Cadet Program?

The Envoy Cadet Program is designed to help qualified student pilots transition from flight training to the regional airline flight deck. Students enrolled at an Envoy partner flight school may be eligible to apply after earning their Private Pilot Certificate (PPL). As cadets advance through their certifications, training and flight experience, Envoy provides additional levels of support along the pathway — creating a defined progression from student pilot to flight instructor, and ultimately toward a First Officer position with Envoy.
